SAINT PAUL APARTMENT TOUR: LANDMARK TOWER
Alyssa and I moved to Saint Paul! Part of our empty-nester experience has been moving from Maple Grove, a great suburban place to raise our family, to the heart of downtown Saint Paul. We highly recommend Landmark Tower - the awesome apartment building we live in right in downtown Saint Paul. It used to be offices: I’ve been in a great partnership with Sherman Associates, helping to tell the story of their office conversion in downtown Saint Paul, Landmark Tower.
It’s located right in downtown Saint Paul, luxury apartment rentals, and we’ve loved living there. It’s a great community, awesome amenities, and close to everything.
It’s a fully renovated office tower to apartments, completed in April of 2025, so these are brand new units. There are huge windows and we have an epic skyline view. The finishes are high-end, the kitchens are modern, we have laundry in our unit. We have two awesome lounges and community spaces, a rooftop with two gas grills and a soaking pool that’s heated, as well as a fitness center / gym, a golf simulator and a sauna.
