Ah, Matt’s. Not fancy-schmancy like these others, but the original Jucy Lucy is one danged good burger.
The Bison Burger at Buster’s on 28th is wonderful…but must be ordered no more than medium/medium rare.
Need to try Shanty burger or Bailey burger at ShantyTown in Bloomington

The Gold Nugget!!! Their poutine burger (a special) is amazing and every day you can make your own with anything you can imagine. My fav is thick cut bacon, cheddar and a fried egg. Yummmmm

Trey- you seem like a delight! Matt’s is a legendary burger, but I would not say it’s a better burger than these 12. Also – do you have a Top 12 burgers FOR YOUR LIFE? Or do you try new things and discover you like some things better than others?

Great list. Tried them all except Victory. Nighthawks should be on your list after you try it. Paddy Shack was a major disappointment for me. 112 is top five and Parlor is the best burger in town.
I can’t say if it belongs in the top 12, but the Longfellow location of Sonora Grill does a damn fine burger. A little jamon standing in for bacon, Salty Tart bun, fat slice of tomato… It’s really good.
