Jason DeRusha started writing about food in 2009 and has never stopped. From reviews to columns to being nominated for a national James Beard Award for television segments called “DeRusha Eats.” Today Jason is the Food Editor for Minnesota Monthly magazine, and does segments on WCCO Radio featuring chefs, restaurants, critics and farmers on Tuesdays and Thursday.
